We are seeking individuals with experience in pipe organ building or related crafts (woodworking, low-voltage electrical wiring, leatherwork, metalwork, etc.). We offer excellent pay and benefits, a flexible work schedule, welcoming and supportive coworkers, a beautiful new workshop, and interesting projects with some travel. In the next few years we’ll be building new instruments in Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Florida; we also have a variety of service and restoration projects. Dobson also offers a summer internship for individuals who have at least a high school diploma or GED.
